A specialist in the telecommunications sector, Sue Wiggins has extensive experience in senior marketing and management roles in both the Australian and UK markets. As a partner in the company, Sue is responsible for the day-to-day management of ESP Executive Search.

Prior to entering the executive search market, Sue spent many years in senior marketing positions in the telecommunications industry in the Australia and the UK working for both private and public sector organisations. Most recently, she held sales and marketing, and channel marketing positions for Telstra where she was responsible for leading teams of marketing specialists running national marketing campaigns.

A significant part of Sue’s management responsibilities while working in the telecommunications sector involved recruiting and performance managing employees. The experience gained in these roles has contributed to her professional development in the recruitment field and is a strength that she brings to each assignment.

Sue’s recruitment experience covers a broad range of industries but she specialises in the functional areas of the telecommunications and IT industries. During her tenure with ESP, she has successfully managed multiple executive search assignments for senior executive teams in these industries.
